- and how to change your pickups.

Welcome to my new Guitar Setup page. This page will be about making your instrument play the way you want it to and how to maintain it in good shape.
So here you can find out how you do a basic string action setup, how you service your Floyd Rose style tremolo, how you change pickups in your guitar,
how you make it play better and so on.
A guitar setup is a very personal thing and there are no wrongs or rights about it. So I will only try to provide you with the tools of how to do it instead of giving you numbers for string height. Just so you can come up with your own personal setup.
The action that you want depends on many things, how hard you pick, what style you play and the tone you want.
So play around with it, it won’t hurt to learn how to setup your guitar yourself.
Some things here are facts and the way it works and some things are personal taste.
Feel free to send me an email if there is anything that you think is missing here. Or if you find or think that something here is wrong.
